Josh Albers

With a background in environmental science from Montana State University, Josh offers a unique perspective in real estate, emphasizing sustainable living and community connection. Primarily serving the Twin Cities metro area, particularly the western half where he was born and raised, as well as maintaining connections in Montana, he is dedicated to building trusting relationships with his clients and providing practical solutions to their real estate needs. He values loyalty and approachability, ensuring that each client feels supported throughout their journey.

 

On the personal side, Josh is an avid outdoorsman and family man. He has two amazing kids, Finn and Greta, as well as a black lab named Ernie. He and his lovely wife Andrea met while living in Duluth, and love spending time in northern Minnesota hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting.

 

Josh is also a huge fan of birds. He has worked with peregrine falcons all over the state, monitoring nesting pairs and banding their chicks for scientific research. His friends often refer to him as "Bird Nerd", and regularly text him quiz photos, trying to stump him on identifying the avian subject. For the record, he remains undefeated!
